Rafiky User Guidelines

These User Guidelines ("Guidelines") establish the standards of behavior and acceptable use for all users of the Rafiky mobile application (the "App"), operated by Rafikyapp, a registered LLC in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
These Guidelines apply to all interactions within Rafiky, including ratings, reviews, merchant profiles, marketplace bidding, AI-driven recommendations, and any user-generated content. By using the App, you agree to comply with these Guidelines in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose of These Guidelines
- Maintain trust between users, merchants, and partners
- Ensure fair marketplace interactions
- Protect the integrity of AI-driven recommendations
- Enable consistent moderation and enforcement
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Rafiky only for lawful purposes.
- Submitting honest and accurate ratings and reviews
- Participating in marketplace bidding in good faith
- Interacting respectfully with merchants and other users
- Providing accurate information in profiles and listings
3. Prohibited Conduct
3.1 Marketplace & Bidding Abuse
- Fake, misleading, or manipulative bids
- Artificially inflating or suppressing prices
- Coordinating bids to distort fair competition
- Abandoning bids without intent to transact
3.2 Ratings & Reviews Manipulation
- Posting false or retaliatory reviews
- Incentivized or paid reviews without disclosure
- Review bombing or coordinated manipulation
3.3 Fraud & Misrepresentation
- Impersonation of individuals or businesses
- Misrepresentation of services or pricing
- Bypassing payment or escrow mechanisms
3.4 Abuse & Harmful Behavior
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
- Threats, intimidation, or coercion
- Promotion of violence or illegal activity
4. Merchant-Specific Responsibilities & Addendum
- Provide accurate business information
- Honor bids and transactions in good faith
- Deliver services as described
- Comply with local laws and licensing requirements
Rafiky reserves the right to verify, suspend, or remove merchant profiles that fail to meet these standards.
5. AI-Driven Recommendations & Fair Use
Rafiky uses AI systems to personalize recommendations. You agree not to manipulate outcomes or use automated tools to influence rankings.
6. Content Standards
- Accurate and relevant
- Free from offensive or illegal material
- Respectful of cultural norms
- Free from spam or malicious links
7. Safety & Location-Based Conduct
Rafiky is not responsible for offline interactions between users and merchants. Users must respect local laws and exercise caution.
8. Enforcement & Moderation
- Content removal
- Rating or bid invalidation
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
8.1 Moderation Decision Templates
- Review Removal: Appeal within 7 days
- Bid Invalidation: Repeated abuse leads to suspension
- Merchant Suspension: Reinstatement requires compliance
- Appeal Resolution: Final unless new evidence is provided
9. Reporting Violations
Users may report violations through in-app tools or by contacting support.
10. Review & Bidding Abuse Detection Rules
- Duplicate accounts or coordinated reviews
- Rapid bid cycles or self-bidding
- AI trust score and visibility adjustments
11. Updates to These Guidelines
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Guidelines.
12. Governing Law
These Guidelines are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
